Adele booked my holiday to Skiathos after I’d made the initial inquiry. She was courteous and answered all my queries . Very friendly and polite. Although I made my first enquiry with Fishergate/Preston yesterday (Saturday) , the Agent didn’t get back to despite taking all my details so, on this occasion, I booked through Wigan branch and they did not disappoint- thank you.
