Agent knew exactly what i wanted holiday booked and paid for within 20 minutes

they was very helpfull we got the holiday with in an hour well done

We had an excellent experience booking with Kate, she was polite, knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted from our holiday.
She offered us good advice and found us the perfect deal.
We will definitely book with Hays Travel Widnes again!

A friendly and professional service at all times. Appreciate the phone calls to remind me to pay the balance outstanding, currency requirements and collect tickets/ boarding instructions.

As always Hannah put up with the constant annoyance of me trying to wind her up. She as always was very professional and polite. We always use Hay's in Widnes. The staff always get us a good deal and look after us.

Kate was lovely she was relaxed, friendly and efficient.

Went into the store the young lady really helped us to book are holiday explained everything clearly to us really went the extra mile to get us exactly what we wanted so pleased we got the holiday we wanted

Amazing fast mega service spoke to them over email went to shop booked under 13 minutes they just new what I wanted off what I told them I like thanks you to the staff booking service and the service of all over staff around

Staff were very helpful, friendly & professional. Julie was the member of staff that looked after me & my booking.
This is the second year in a row I have booked a cruise through Hayes , wouldn't go anywhere else now service is spot on.

The person serving me was extremely pleasant and very helpful andtold me to come back if any problems with the website she had set up on my phone. Lovely girl!!!

Once again Hays at Widnes has exceeded all expectations. On Wednesday Julie booked 1 holiday for me by phone and reserved another.
On Thursday Grace printed the paperwork for the first hol. and completed the booking for the 2nd.
Both ladies were friendly and professional, they both went "that extra mile" answering all my questions. I was assured of further assistance if I need it. Every aspect was covered, service at Hays is second to none! Thank you so very much, you are all stars.
