Karen was very helpful and thorough.As a regular Jet 2 customer I was somewhat disappointed that I did not qualify for any discount on my holiday given that £60 off vouchers are given out on arriving home and the Daily Mail was offering such money off vouchers for entering a competition.Single travellers suffer yet again!

Lucas went all out to sort our holiday, even when thwarted by the the website he then went on to secure us a great deal. All added extras (parking and insurance) sorted too.
