Everyone was amazingly helpful and was happy to answer any questions and were really patient when it came to us trying to get time off work and the waiting time for the approval and were straight back on it once we got it approved

Amy who dealt with us on this particular occasion was very helpful (as all the staff we have had over the years are). She was patient whilst having to flit all over the place for our appropriate dates, prices etc. Hopefully she will remember to put in the request for our preferred room number at our hotel. We did go on a bit and hope she had a lie down after we left, hahaha.
