Booking my first cruise and everyone so very helpful in explaining each step and very knowledgeable to answer all my questions. The service from the girls on the phone and in the shop were excellent

After booking and paying full amount came home and if I'd booked on line could of saved myself £74.00 phoned the store and was told nothing they could do about it very disappointed

First class service, professional and friendly as always. Would recommend 100% to anyone to book a trip with hays.

We were able to see one of the assistants with out making an appointment. Nicole gave us great options and explained everything very well. We went away with lots of posable holidays. Nicole also sent us more information about more options. We went back to the shop and went through the holiday we had decided on.
