Hays Travel - Weston Super Mare Recensioni 

We went into Hays travel Weston-super-Mare branch to ask them when the shore excursions would be available to book for the Cruise we have booked with them for 2027. We were told by their agent 14 weeks before the cruise. It turns out they are available to book a year before the cruise, if we had not found this out ourselves from another source we would have had very little chance of booking the excursions we want to go on.

As always my contact with the Team at Hays was amazing, on this occasion I e mailed the Team as I had no opportunity to go into the office and the sorted everything out for me in a few short e mails. From booking the holiday I wanted, extras and flights alongside confirmation and payment. Couldn't have been easier. Communication and service was amazing. Nicole and Zoe were fab

After booking and paying full amount came home and if I'd booked on line could of saved myself £74.00 phoned the store and was told nothing they could do about it very disappointed

First class service, professional and friendly as always. Would recommend 100% to anyone to book a trip with hays.

We were able to see one of the assistants with out making an appointment. Nicole gave us great options and explained everything very well. We went away with lots of posable holidays. Nicole also sent us more information about more options. We went back to the shop and went through the holiday we had decided on.
