I had to fly to New Zealand to visit a friend, Ellie took time to get me the best flight times/cost combination.

I dealt with Caroline, wasn’t 100% on where we wanted to go but had a few ideas and a short time line. Caroline went above and beyond to get my family a dream, hot, exotic holiday to Mauritius. Caroline was more than helpful, professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable.

Very good experience in going in the shop and being welcomed by all staff who were helpful.
First time in going in to book a holiday for a few years and being shown how much I could choose from where I wished to go with my sons.

We have just booked our second cruise, and my third, with Hays at Weston favel centre, Northampton.
We tried to book independently, but found it a time consuming and rather confusing process. So we decided to revisit Hays.
Maxine was again, very helpful and is so knowledgable about cruising and cruise ships.
She organised all the travel arrangements and advised us on the different cabins available, taking into account what they were near to, and how affected they could be, by footfall and “ship” noise.
As with previous occasions, she found a few options for us to compare, with different offers on, within our time frame and budget.
All booked seamlessly.
Feel happy that we have booked securely, have the back up of the company and have got the best deal.

Very hard work by Michelle, who obviously is well-trained in customer care and has knows her job very well. Our request was not easy as my friend was restricted by dates.

Michelle was very attentive a listen to all of our needs for our first family holiday.

It was a really good experience we spoke to Louis and he found us a holiday with everything we requested for us adults and our 7 yr old the hotel etc is just what we wanted the surrounding areas look good and within easy reach of resturants and shops and beach he was so helpful and a really nice guy and funny. He was so helpful polite and gave us a holiday to look forward to.

To know that everything we wanted in our holiday was covered by the excellent knowledge and advice of Maxine.
Our daughter has 'complicated' medical issues and these were all dealt with superbly.
They all put your mind at ease when trying to book a holiday.
