Hays Travel Westhoughton 😀Went into Hays travel in westhoughton looking for a late September holiday with nothing definite in mind except Italy/Sicily. Laura was very patient with us(spent a good hour and half ) going through a good range of holidays, whittled it down to 3 favourites, still couldn't decide 🤔. Came away with nothing booked and not under pressure to book anything. Slept on it! Went back following morning with 1 favourite firmly in mind, 30mins later all booked, Sorrento here we come . Thank you Hays Travel.
2nd favourite put in back burner for maybe next year 😉.

I can’t thank Leonie enough for her help and patience on Saturday. I went in knowing we needed a short flight time, short transfer for 3 adults and 1 infant.
I left with a holiday to Palma, fantastic family friendly hotel and really good flight times.
Not used a travel agent in years but will definitely be back.😁

Staff at Westhoughton shop are Brilliant.

Spent almost £6k on this holiday. Mistake after mistake through Hays travel, Westhoughton branch has left us dreading the upcoming holiday. Made mistakes on the booking, then classed it as a admin mistake. It wasn’t it was down to the girl who booked the holiday. Let us to believe only 1 room available. Lie. Didn’t tell us the transfers times this would have impacted on our decision to book heavily. My husband has health issues and my son is autistic, made them aware of our needs at booking. All the staff member could see was her commission. Branch manager issued a small refund due to their mistake, took several emails to even find out which card she’d refunded to, as made various payments with various cards. Simple curtsy would be ask the customer which card would they like a refund on! Apparently not, too busy telling me the angry customer all of her great experiences, at this point I well passed the stage of trying to talk around. Livid, been passed onto head office. Took 2 weeks to respond, ended up copying every director I could find into the emails - honestly just book elsewhere
