She researches everything we ask & informs us of any information that we need to know. If you have trust in your travel agent & a good understanding between you then your holiday will be fabulous as we always find with Karyn’s help .

We were planning the holiday of a lifetime to celebrate our 30 year wedding anniversary. A dream trip to the Far East visiting Hong Kong & Japan.
Judie’s endless patience and attention to detail was so appreciated as we explored so many different options.
Her excellent advice and guidance resulted in a terrific holiday that was literally flawless in every respect. An experience that exceeded all our expectations.

Went into shop to book a certain holiday came out having done it sucrcessfully.

Booking in west Kirkby all good. The staff aboard ship smart appearance always did jobs to the max as a normal. Young man who looked after our room 1078 very helpful and attentive. Embark /disembark really good. Let down by shabby environment. Room carpet grubby as was the frilly strands around base of bed. The bathroom floor, bath rim and inside bath all looked obviously in need of a very deep or replacement. The general daily cleaning done to a high standard. Food, entertainment and bars well planned throughout

Karyn as always was knowledgeable and helpful throughout excellent advice and very professional a credit to your company I have used your company several times and I’m regarded as a vip
