It was efficient, Karyn gave us the information we asked for in relation to our destination requests. After just over an hour we had our holiday booked.

Helpful and patient as planning not straight forward

Judith was very helpful, and found us just what we were after.

all staff were excellent especialy Scarlet even though she was in training she was excellent.
Holiday all sorted had a little problem with our flights went back and all sorted.

Rebecca was outstanding I helping us to find our holiday.

You would have got five stars but the amount of emails sent since the booking is borderline stalking!
