Good customer service provided by Ella Grace and Maddy Wellingborough
Thank Ella Grace and Maddy at the Wellingborough branch with booking flights and a hotel to Lisbon. Plus transfers to the hotel. Both provided a great service. Pleased with the booking on flights service and being able to select seats. It is Great Hays offer personal face to face service and print off the paperwork. Good professional face to face service is positive.

Very helpful staff
Maddie was very helpful while I was booking a trip to New York. As were all the staff in the store. The booking process was easy and they followed up with checks at the hotel and came back to me.
