Lucy was absolutely amazing. Found myself and my partner a holiday which was much better suited for us than the one we chose for a much better deal. The team at Hays Waterlooville have been absolutely superb with regards our recent cruise bookings on QM2. This included transferring booking details between different customers. From start to finish the communication and effort put in to handle every detail was the best we have ever had from a Travel Agent.
