It was all down to James we booked two holidays with him in less than a week his knowledge was amazing, he made us feel very welcome and didn’t rush us he also got us to check on the time of the parking he also helped my mam with a Holiday just before us at our request, he was very well presented in my view he should be sent to some of your other branches and train the staff ther

Hays Wallsend are simply the best
Already decided on holiday prior to visit but the staff were very welcoming on arrival and immediately offered to help - served by James who was very knowledgable and made additional checks to make sure our booking was everything we were after. Whole experience made very easy. Previously used Hays travel at Wallsend as during the pandemic even though friends were having difficulties with previous bookings through other travel companies, Hays made all the necessary changes to our booking even offering a refund when the restrictions continued. Will always book through this firm due to the honest and friendly staff.
