Big shout out to Hays Travel in Wallsend especially to Bobbi who's customer service has been second to none in trying to get us the best deal for our recent cruise booking. Even today when I know it's Bobbi's day off her colleagues have been quick to answer any queries I have had. Superb service...highly recommend. They certainly go above and beyond.

Went in to book holiday the rep named Lisa was very patient very efficient and professional we talked about the needs that we wanted as both being disabled she went above and beyond to assist us and we ended up booking that day we can’t wait to go on our holiday now thank you I would recommend hays travel definitely book with them again and also recommend to family and friends
