Overall excellent service as usual.

The rep was very helpful and took my needs into account. She was very aware of Things that might be difficult because of my age and warned me that one hotel was in a particularly hilly region. I’d give her service a 10 out of 10

Massive thanks to Grace at the Wallasey Hays store for arranging a booking on the Cunard Four Queens sailing. I was travelling (on a Hays booked Marella cruise) when the massively popular event went on sale, but despite tricky logistics Grace went out of her way to get us a great cabin on the sell out sailing.

The best travel agents around, would not go anywhere else - the girls are so friendly and helpful and always manage to get me the best deal on my holidays. Thank you so much 🩷

Went in to book 2 rooms for wedding event they where so helpfull in trying ways to get wedding dress on board flight,,also checking different airports to get best price,..we did laugh alot the agent was so helpfull ,we have always had good memories using Hays and will continue

Sue was helpful from the first minute. Nothing was too much trouble & she was very patient with us.

Amy, the staff member who helped us was great, we told her what we wanted and when and she did the rest for us. It was lovely and easy and having everything on the app is great.

Mollie who looked after me was amazing so helpfull, took alot of her own time trying to find us the holiday we wanted ,which we did ,very polite and understanding , wouldnt go anywhere else to book our holidays from now on ,staff were brilliant thank you

Mollie was amazing and helped me a lot as I was struggling to decide which holiday to pick. She put my mind at ease which made it easier to choos. As I will be taking a little child away with me and was unsure where to chiose for children but again she helped me a lot even with a moaning child next to me.

We went in to liscard branch looking for a cheap holiday and came out an hour later with one booked. Brilliant, sorted by Laura.
