Fantastic as always

My initial enquiry was via e-mail with details of what I wanted. A quick reply was received acknowledging my request and then a short time later the details and options arrived. Alana at the Wakefield branch dealt with this and the service was excellent. I went to the branch to actually book and was dealt with by Sam as Alana already had customers. The overall service was simply excellent. I wouldn't go to any other branch. I have dealt with the Wakefield branch several times they are all very friendly and professional.

All good, we will be returning.

Excellent service by Charlotte despite the fact everyone was under pressure due to a number of staff absences.

Visited Hays travel Wakefield branch to book another holiday , we always find the staff very welcoming and helpful. Staff member Charlotte was absolutely fantastic and helped us to find a holiday that was suitable for our needs and in a good location. She even took away the worry of the long transfer time by suggesting a private transfer instead which we're really happy about. Thanks Charlotte for all your help and for answering all our questions. Looking forward to booking with again next year 🙂

Nikki was brilliant in explaining everything to us and a really nice person overall.everything went smoothly, she assured everything was absolutely correct and put my mind at rest.brilliant.cant wait for my holiday next year and I just onow its going to go as smooth as it possibly can.i did warn her there might be a few phone calls off me as im terrible for panicking and she's absolutely fine to answer any questions when needed.fantastic experience overall and will be defo booking again through hays.

Great knowledgeable friendly staff always happy to help

Myself and my husband walked into Hays and was greeted by Emma, who looked up from her computer and smiled and then asked how she could help us. We know of Hays Travel from other bookings, not in Yorkshire though. It was a very lively chat and Emma asked how she could help, we automatically sat at the desk. We already knew where we wanted to go, so getting started was easy. We all looked through the Cunard brochure, which we had been on twice before, Emma opened the Cunard brochure and we all went through our choices together. Abit of chit chat went on and she was just so easy to talk to, we had a well informed conversation and made our decision to go on our cruise for December and paid for the trip there and then. She is a lovely person and is clearly very good at what she does.

The service we get at Hays Wakefield is always second to none! This time we spoke with Sam and he certainly knows his job. Friendly informative and professional. Whether a big multi centre trip or a ‘simple’ sunshine get away, we can rely on him ( and the others) to give excellent advice and smooth booking. Highly recommended! Thanks again Sam.

All of the staff are so lovely and helpful, I’ve booked all of my holidays there over the past few years. Sam especially is amazing at helping us find the perfect holiday, he’s just helped us book our honeymoon and we couldn’t have done it without him ! :)

Friendly staff always happy to help you find what you’re looking for

All the staff at Hays in wakefield are lovely from the staff booking the holiday to sorting out my holiday money, cash & cards. They always give good advice & help when booking my holidays. The booking process is great, the staff always ring to let me know when I need to do anything.

Sam welcomed us as soon as we walked in the door. He was his usual friendly and helpful self.
