My experience was so good, Oonagh was the girls name and she done everything for me to perfection made my dream holiday perfect and was so pleasant so thankyou so much.

I met the loveliest girl called Emily,I asked her too look at a cruise for me,she did this and it didn't suit,she then showed me another which after she had told me all the destinations and length,she proceeded to ask what I wanted from this cruise,when I explained and asked her would she price it fully and give me dates and flights. She was so very polite and really helpful,between us we came up with exactly what I wanted ,and I booked it right away,this young lady really knows her stuff,as I said she was polite and very helpful,took time to fully explain,the flights back from Rome,and the stopover at Heathrow and time,all about transfers from each airport and every other question I asked her,so this made my booking process very easy,and I would like to thank her for this,I sometimes find as I'm older,people don't have a lot of time to spend with me ,not so this young lady an asset to your company

Had fully paid to go to Thailand back in April. Due to the war in Dubai they had to cancel my holiday as airline wouldn't fly through Dubai. Was surprised and delighted to receive my full refund within 10 days of them officially cancelling. Was not expecting it to be refunded that quick.

Very friendly staff, had my holiday booked over the phone and confirmed via email very promptly. Previous to this I communicated with them via Facebook and they responded very quickly

The girl was nice and friendly to talk to and listening to what we needed explained what we didn't understand and told us if there's anything she can help us with it's not a problem

The staff in this hays travel are second to none thay are so polite and friendly. Also very professional and knowledgeable

My time at hays and booking my holiday to salou, took a bit of time, but the girl I was working with was amazing. I went into Victoria Mall in Belfast City centre. 'Jessica', was the assistant i was working with, and we had put the wrong date in at 1st, and for a while it seemed that we wouldn't be able to change it. But eventually we got the date put in properly, and she was so helpful and a really nice girl to work with. Thankyou Hays, I had a great experience with you guys..xxx

Emily was a true proffesional.
I am not the smartest tool in the box regarding technology / phones etc but Emily guided me perfectly when receiving txt messages etc regarding my holiday .
