Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable staff. Simple booking process.

As ever, the staff in the Totton branch were helpful, patient and cheerful. Everything was sorted BUT, not their fault, only two members were available and what should have taken perhaps thirty minutes took an hour and a half. Throughout this time they were aware of us, did their best to manage our inquiry but were having to make and take many other calls all the while. This they did very efficiently without ever losing the thread of our reason for being there. They cultivated a friendly atmosphere between all the pairs of customers who were, at times, in attendance which did help the time slip by. This is not a complaint but when only two of a staff of five or six are available on a Saturday morning would it not be possible to bring in one extra from another branch to help? All credit to the two girls who were there. We will continue to use the branch, of course.

I walked into the shop in Totton, first ever time in a travel agents and spoke to Aimee. She immediately put me at ease and helped me find the perfect holiday for my family with in the budget I had.
She offered advice about excursions and how to get the most out of the experience without feeling like I was getting something cheap and nasty. She did not try and over sell or make me feel silly.

I cannot express how knowledgeable she was regarding the county, the airports, the hotels etc. She was super kind and patient Aimee was. I would 100% go back to her or recommend her.

Customer service at its absolute best, something I feared had left our high streets!

Now my family has a wonderful holiday to look forward to where we can make some fantastic memories and it's all thanks to her!

We booked our last-minute holiday to Walt Disney World in Florida with the wonderful Natasha of the Totton branch who patiently walked us through all of the details, managed to secure us a preferred room at the resort and was able to answer all our questions confidently to make sure we had the best possible trip - which we did! Thank you!
