Flights to Vancouver and to Perth WA
The young lady (Livi) who attended to my booking worked tirelessly for me both when I was in the agency shop and also after I had left.
My only disappointment is that Hays Travel do not obtain visas and I am very unsure how to go about getting one and worrying as to whether or not I shall have my request refused. I am sure it would be a smoother experience if Hays did this as they used to do.

Your consultant was very patient and she also knows her product. She made me feel very comfortable and did all the bookings ie flight national express and assisted travel. All was done at my pace as I am nearly 83.Wow what a wonderful experience and thank you once again for very good service the agent was Danniele
