Excellent service from Karra at Topsham, as always. 😃

Really great service from the team. Answered all the questions I had and helped book a getaway over the phone.

They were very helpful as always and Karra worked hard to get everything sorted.
Even when I wanted flights and hotels changed slightly.

Claire was amazing she listened to our holiday needs, and found the perfect holiday ..for us…
Claire was friendly, professional will definitely be returning to book another holiday as takes the stress out of searching for hours..

Hays Topsham are hands down the best travel agent we have ever used. I would like to acknowledge the two people we deal with the most & they are; Karra & Nadine. Both are warm, welcoming, helpful, so knowledgeable, kind, efficient & professional. These women go the extra mile, in the rare instance that they don't have the answer you need - they will find it & quick! We have travelled to a number of destinations based entirely on their recommendations & they have always surpassed our expectations. Nothing is too much trouble & I just love the fact I/we can pop in to talk to them about any travel queries we have. Excellent help from our travel advisor finding us a good hotel in Zante. She spent a lot of time with us showing us a few hotels that may suit so we didn't feel she was rushng us through our decision.

Potential trip to the Canary islands.
We were looked after very well on our first visit, and received an email containing details of what we discussed so that we could consider the matter. On return we were led through the requirements of what was needed to complete the booking to Tenerife.

We booked at Hays travel Topsham the service by Karra was outstanding.
Made everything we needed to do including car service easy.

I went into your branch in Topsham Devon and and was welcomed to sit down by Ave which went down hill very quickly.
I asked if they could find a package to stay in the Aphrodite Hills Hotel in Cyprus the Pathos area. They found it and offered me good value package for 11 days and asked repeatedly whether it was the right Hotel. Ava thought it was but gave me no reassurance or offer to check things out she became rude and then promptly said there was another Hotel with the same name which was in fact a self catering situation. I had told her that it was not the Hotel I asked for. Ava then sent me an email with the name Sensatori Atlantic’s Aphrodite Hills. As it was about 4pm that day I said I needed to check a few things out and would come back the next day . In fact the next morning I called the Hotel myself to make sure it was the right Hotel. It was as I suspected the Group Resort name. The lack of knowledge by the agent was very poor and had a very condescending attitude.Also they did not tell me that it was alive booking so when I called them the next day to confirm it was gone.
By this point I was totally frustrated so Ava said I can’t help you I will get my Manager or Assistant to speak to you which was even worse not apologising or saying that she was sorry we had a breakdown of communication. I was offered two weeks take it or leave it attitude £ 475 more which I reluctantly took it as it really suited my needs . Then she sent me the secure payment link and stayed on the phone while I filled it out. I had not realisedq at that moment I had punched a wrong Number on the security code. So it was declined which she heard me say and then proceeded to say did “ I need time to sort my funds out” at which time I answered no and re punched my numbers in.
It was appalling service and will never go to Hays in Topsham again.
