I haven't used a travel agent to book a holiday for many years, but after using Hays to book a family trip to Rome, I wouldn't now do it any other way. Our agent listened to and understood what I wanted, worked within my budget, answered all my queries promptly and kept in constant communication - I would highly recommend both him and Hays.

Tom was referred by long-standing friends, who have used his services before, and he has proved extremely helpful, communicative and responsive to our requirements and requests in working to create a trip for us that has been on our bucket list for some time.

Tom has booked many holidays for us and is aware of where we have been and where we would still like to travel to in the world. This latest holiday (Scenic cruise in the south of France), was a very good deal that came to Tom and he contacted us. We took just a short time to go through the details before we rang Tom and said ‘book it’!
He is considering a range of future trips including to Borneo, Australia, Indonesia and Croatia. He searches out the best deals coupled with the best quality. In other words, value for money.
Email and telephone calls are frequent and detailed when arranging/booking trips with Tom.
No detail is too small and he is very patient in answering any questions, no question is too basic or stupid to ask.
