Nothing felt complicated, and he was always happy to help with any questions. Excellent customer service and a really smooth experience – would definitely recommend to anyone booking a holiday!

That particular sailing was a P&O pre-registration release, and they tend to sell out incredibly quickly, sometimes before general sale even opens — so I’m glad we could still get something sorted that worked just as well.
