Great travel agent
Jeanette was excellent in booking our cruise with saga. She waited patiently for the saga agent to answer and then sorted out all our questions. She was very professional and would recommend the Titchfield branch of hayes travel to book a cruise.

Great process of holiday booking by the very professional, likeble and knowlegable Jess. We booked a cruise at short notice, Despite being at such short notice, Jess made our booking painless. I would use Hays again. a really happy customer (as is my wife). Looking forwards to getting away now.

As usual we received first class friendly service from Sara Short. She has been our agent for many years - back to the days of Bath Travel. She knows what we like and finds just the flights etc to suit our needs. We used to go to Australia yearly until 2019 to visit family but have not been back since. But Sara remembers! Indeed all the Titchfield staff are very friendly too.
