I messaged Hays and Tiffany messaged me back to deal with my enquiry.
She gave me a few options and we booked our trip with her. She was very professional and sorted out the things we wanted.
I’m sure if the trip goes well that I’ll be contacting Tiffany again for future travel.

This is the 2nd trip I have booked with Tiffany at Hays travel for this year. She listened to my requirements and got me exactly the holiday I asked for at a competitve price. She actually could not do enough for us and answered our questions honestly.
