I called on Sunday 5th july making an enquiry and the girl I dealt with was fantastic and listened to what I wanted and sorted it then went in on Monday 6th July and made the booking. Staff In the Parkhead Forge branch are fantastic

Myself and my wife were looking for our first holiday in two years. As we had a great experience with Hays before we decided to return. We were taken immediately by Elaine, ca travel advisor who I have to say was incredibly helpful. Elaine was patient enough to go through several different destinations and hotels to suit our needs and budget. We left after booking a holiday and we felt we had been looked after. I wish all travel companies were as efficient as hays and all staff were as professional and friendly as Elaine.

I had previously booked a holiday to tenerife for 2027. I went to Pekos in Rhodes last month and fell in love with it. I went into hays and asked if I could transfer my holiday next year to rhodes again . Louise who dealt with us was fantastic and we managed to get a great deal for May 2027. She was very professional and explained everything to us and was also very freindky and helpful. Thankyou very much for a great experience
