Elyse and staff were amazing so helpful with the large booking we had and communication was brilliant from start to finish

The girl who helped me with my holiday was very good at what she was doing and she was very polite with me

Natasha was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure we booked the cruise we were looking for.

To be honest I only came in to price flights up. I found the women that helped me most helpful, she was patient, honest and very knowledgeable. I ended up being very spontaneous and I booked so thank you for all yoir support. Karen x

Natasha was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very patient when organising our next holiday. Her sense of humour also eased the long process of dealing with another travel operator.

I personally found the agent to be very rushed, she zoomed through every screen without letting me see anything, never asked if I required assistance or preferred plane seats which resulted in 3 separate payments being taken including the insurance.
Certain pages could not be reached which resulted in my preferred room option being removed an I was told “oh it always does this, it’s a system error”
My first time in 19 years of being able to take a holiday and I personally found this experience very stressful. I felt rushed and insignificant.
Sorry but I wouldn’t use this this travel agency again.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in the shop, we booked our holiday with Elyse who was very pleasant, friendly and professional, this is 3rd time we booked through hays travel and always been happy with the service we received.

At the Telford store we booked a trip with Titan for New Zealand going to Christchurch for a week in January next year and then beginning our journey.

One member of staff sorted the itinerary with Titan, then another colleague sorted our booking just under a week later, we were impressed with both members of staff(sorry we forget their names), just awaiting the information about additional trips , as we prefer to pre book early so not to miss out on somewhere we really want to go. Staff were very efficient and helpful.

It was our first cruise so going in blind so to speak . Embarking was smooth (few) and the ship Iona was amazing and so big even after 7 days I could get lost and did . The staff are super friendly the food delicious and the entertainment mostly amazing. The house group were diabolical but hey they sang better than I could . ( but not good enough to stay and listen too ).
The lifts on the ship have a mind of their own , no matter what floor you ask to go to it thinks you really need to go somewhere different. We spent a third of our cruise on mystery tours in the lift .
We arranged the cruise through Hays travel , with their staff it made booking and checking everything easy . Highly recommend these guys .
We have booked another cruse on board but asked if Hay travel can deal with the booking for us . They are going to contact Hays travel to deal at no extra charge .
