The member of staff Sarah was lovely, went over to her and she had the friendliest and nicest vibe about her. She was quick and throughout she explained things and double checked everything was right

We arrived in the shop undecided as to where we wanted to go. After much researching we eventually confirmed the destination
No pressure was put on us at any time to get to there.

The open greeting on arriving with how can l help you. Totally focused in explaining each step of searching for my flight providing alternatives to ensure direct flight. Finding a very suitable fight for me at good prices. Then started booking my hotel accommodation with an eye for detail for offers. A polite and thankful provision of coffee and an enthusiasm throughout the whole experience. Thank you Chanel for all your work.

Very helpful travel agent who went through all the options of our cruise and explained the costs associated with cabin type and location. Even the manager gave her reviews of the cruise line we were thinking of using

Called in on the off chance to get some possible details for a girls holiday. Walked out fully booked with all of my many must-haves met and at a price point that six women are happy with.
