staff at your swanage branch are always very helpful

I booked a Christmas holiday to Egypt at Hayes travel in Swanage. I was assisted by Emily who was professional efficient and nothing was too much trouble. Her call backs and covering everything as well as qualifying for a £200 discount prompted me to get it booked and paid for so now all I have to do is wait for her to call when the tickets are ready for collection. I haven’t used a travel agent in years to book a holiday but would thoroughly recommend Hayes travel in Swanage and Emily especially to arrange everything for you from parking to flights, baggage allowance and transfers they have it all covered at very affordable prices.

The hotel and travel arrangements were excellent, shame Zante is such a dump!

Kevin at Swanage branch was very professional and informative.
We have in the past been into other branches to enquire about certain countries and holidays, and been lumbered with brochures to figure out for ourselves.
We liked the fact that Kevin took his time to show us and explain in detail. There was no rush at all. We were very impressed by this and his professionalism, so much so we booked a holiday for 2026!!

Friendly advisor, listened to our requests ensuring attention to detail. Advised us to go away and think about our holiday options so not pushy to make a booking there and then 🙂. We returned later and completed a booking. Emily had researched some other options but we went with our original choice. Very helpful and will use this agent again.

Amazing and helpful service from Kevin Sansom at Swanage Branch who with endless patience solved a problem affecting our forthcoming cruises.

We were made to feel welcome in the office, we were given information in a clear way and the member of staff was helpful and attentive. We were given choices and felt we achieved the right choice for us with the member of staff's help.

Since the ticket was being paid for by someone else, online tickets were not available but Hays Travel provided a quick and easy outcome. Thank you!
