Another good holiday booked with hays travel, I was able to book my flight and get to the area I wanted to go. Thanks to Mike and the team at your branch in Sutton Surrey.

I really appreciated how Mandy was so helpful and kind. She made booking a holiday/honeymoon for us so stress free! I totally recommend using Hays Travel Agents and wish there were more on the high streets!

The young lady, Caitlin who served me yesterday, was polite, professional and helpful , therefore I emailed Irene Hays to personally contact Caitlin to forward my gratitude to her and Irene has kindly responded me this morning.

Mandy was welcoming and professional, sorted what we wanted, whilst navigating computer problems that meant hanging on the phone for quite a time, while the tour company relayed the details from their end.

On both occasion, have found the experience professional, friendly and helpful. Seems a very happy atomosphe in the store.

The team comprising of Caitlin, Michael and Dean were top members of staff who served me impeccably well during a recent booking. Caitlin and her colleagues were extremely helpful, accommodating, diligent, conscientious, professional, efficient and went that extra mile to answer all my numerous queries.
