The ladies in the shop were the most helpful people ever, they made sure my autistic son was going to get the trip he wanted, very late booking , no spaces, they performed magic,special thanks to Mandy and holly, just amazing, defo will be return customer.

Very helpful & patient while we were choosing our Hotel, did not rush us & looked at all alternatives until we were happy.

Holly was an expert in advising us on our holiday and where to go to in May! Her knowledge of different holidays was really helpful and she was very thorough with our questions about how we book it etc - Thank Holly will use Hayes again for sure!

I contacted Hays travel not really believing that I could have a holiday with such benefits included in the price.
Well they have left us in total dismay with all that they offered us. We are blown away and shall certainly be informing family and friends to enquire regarding holidays from Hays travel. We shall return for our summer holidays next year.
