Victoria was very friendly, helpful and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she made the booking experience a real pleasure

The holiday was exceptional. Everything we expect from being on a P&O cruise was received and more.

I wish to thank Joanne at the sunderland bridges branch for making another holiday booking made easy. Joanne patiently listened to our needs and ensured our requirements were met. I would highly recommend hays travel for all your holiday needs as staff are very friendly knowledge and helpful we wouldn't go anywhere else.

Beth Morrison, we have book holidays with Beth previously and just booked again for 2026 summer holoday, she is so happy, friendly and most of all, very helpful, we are not the easiest family to make decisions in holiday choices but Beth helped us tremendously by giving comparissons and knowledge of different options which made the whole process easy, She is a true asset to Hays Travel.

The assistant struggled to get flights for the special offer we were after, however she never gave up until she got them. It really challenged her but she was up for the challenge. Well done and thanks.
