We have just booked a break to Disneyland Paris, via your branch in The Bridges, Sunderland.
We were dealt with wonderfully by Loraine, who went out of her way to answer all of our queries, and arrange flights, accommodation and extras.
Having booked several previous holidays through you, we would not ever feel it necessary to go elsewhere.

Joanne Liu was very helpful in finding us the perfect holiday to Side, Turkey, in Summer 2027. Joanne is our go-to Travel Agent and she knows what kind of holidays/locations/hotels we prefer and it is reassuring that she knows our likes and dislikes and always finds us the perfect hotel and location. We have absolute trust in her always finding us the best deal.

I think the Sunderland branch in the town is the best shop. The same holiday i booked I went to Doxford park shop to see if they could help me with my price and they could not help in any way and when I went to the Sunderland shop they reduced the price and helped loads. I don't understand how one shop can help you loads and the Doxford park shop does not help in anyway.
