Helpful friendly professional staff who…
Helpful friendly professional staff who arranged our cruise. The staff had to deal with a computer system which wasn't working properly and Tui staff who weren't as helpful as they maybe should have been who also made couple of errors during the booking process. The hays travel staff handled this in a competent professional manner

Hays travel always puts their customers first and endeavour to help you book the holiday of your dreams .The staff in my keel square branch in Sunderland bend over backwards to help. Especially Jasmine who always welcomes you with a huge grin and is always very professional and is a credit to the branch

Excellent service.
I was initially contacted at home regarding available single supplement deals for cruising, so an appointment was made for the following morning.
On my arrival at Hays Travel all of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The member of staff that dealt with me, left me very impressed with her knowledge of cruising and general travel issues. I was given good/helpful advice on things I was unsure of.
Everything was sorted out while in the travel agents even an overnight hotel and long term car parking.
Overall I was very impressed how everything was done.
I have used Hays Travel before and I will definitely be using them again,
