Too many unsolicited emails.
Dealings with the Travel Agent were 5/5. Kaydee did what she said she would do, communicated well and was ever helpful.
However, in the following week I've been inundated with emails (like this one, ad's, offers etc) despite not signing up for them and twice completing the 'subscribe' process.
I shall not use them again.

The team in Stockton Heath are always very friendly and helpful.
We have had many great holidays with them and can highly recommend them.

My first impression of Hays Travel, in Stockton Heath, was a cheerful greeting from the desk. She introduced herself as Laura, and quickly began investigating what I wanted from my break. She spent time, going through a couple of hotels until she found my perfect fit.
Laura’s follow-up phone calls have been just as upbeat, and she has even shared in my excitement for my forthcoming holiday x

Very helpful staff at Hays travel Stockton Heath. We were shown options to suit what we were looking for, settled for a 4star Adults only hotel in Lanzarote. Can’t wait to go.

It is always difficult finding a holiday with my husband as he is wheelchair bound. Lisa was amazing - very patient with me. Absoultely lovely
