We always use Hays Travel as the staff there are absolutely fantastic.
They are all professional, caring and organised giving 110 per cent .
It’s the Stockton Heath branch we use .

This is the first time we have used Hays Travel. Overall experience extremely good and many thanks to Lisa for her help and advice, greatly appreciated.
Will deffinatly be visiting the Stockton Heath branch in the future.

The staff were very pleasant and explained everything clearly . They were very patient and made sure that our specific needs were met.

I phoned the Stockton Heath store and spoke to a lovely lady called Kady and explained that we wanted to book a mediterranean cruise for 6 family members for my 70th birthday. Kady took some details and we arranged to visit the store later that day. On entering the store Kady introduced herself and presented us with details of the cruise that we wanted and availability of cabins. Having never booked a cruise before Kady's knowledge about the ship, cabins and itinerary information was invaluable to us and we booked this cruise.
Kady gave us such a positive experience that when we decided a few days later that we would also like to book the Fjords we went to see her and she kindly made all the arrangements for us.
We think Kady is a valuable asset to Hayes travel and she will certainly be our go to for future holidays. Thank you

Welcoming and professional staff. Speedy process from finding a suitable holiday based on our criteria to booking. All information given at the optimal moment so we hardly had any questions to ask as they were all anticipated and answered during the process.

Young lady very helpful and patient, we are 4 elderly people and we needed 2 single rooms, which are always a problem. This was for next year and the brochure had only just arrived so we thought it would be easy, no chance, she got onto Alpha holidays and kept on until she found one that suited us all. 1st class service and never lost patience or her lovely smile. We will definitely be back. 5 stars. Thank you.

We have not used a high street travel agent for some years and have booked through agents on the internet, or direct with the holiday company.
We felt the experience was better at the Hayes shop. Everything was explained in an unhurried manner and Jill made the effort to find our Cunard number so we got 10% off as returning customers.
We shall return.

Too many unsolicited emails.
Dealings with the Travel Agent were 5/5. Kaydee did what she said she would do, communicated well and was ever helpful.
However, in the following week I've been inundated with emails (like this one, ad's, offers etc) despite not signing up for them and twice completing the 'subscribe' process.
I shall not use them again.

The team in Stockton Heath are always very friendly and helpful.
We have had many great holidays with them and can highly recommend them.

My first impression of Hays Travel, in Stockton Heath, was a cheerful greeting from the desk. She introduced herself as Laura, and quickly began investigating what I wanted from my break. She spent time, going through a couple of hotels until she found my perfect fit.
Laura’s follow-up phone calls have been just as upbeat, and she has even shared in my excitement for my forthcoming holiday x
