When contacting the cruise company she ascertained the availability assisting us to make an informed choice

Experienced and friendly service
We have repeatedly booked with Hays in Stirling always sitting down with Craig the assistant manager. He reviews our ideas and then sorts out the practical parts of the booking. We trust Craig at Hays, Stirling - over many years of booking holidays we have never before returned to the same agent so often.
