I always book my holidays with the lovely Steph at Hays Travel. She always goes above & beyond to find the best holiday to suit what we want. Everything is so easy and stress free. She gets back to you so promptly and makes our holidays so easy as she takes care of everything .

Stephanie was excellent throughout the booking process. She was able to answer all of my questions and was always available whenever I needed assistance. Her knowledge and expertise were evident, and she provided a professional and reassuring service from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to use her again and would highly recommend her to others.

Prompt responses and great options provided for a holiday with my wife. Also got us a deal at a great price, saving nearly £200 compared to other providers. Looking forward to the holiday.

As always , Steph is always available to assist us with our booking . What has been an awful 6 months , Steph has gone above and beyond to help us sort out what was a very distressing time , right up until this week when we managed to find , pick our cabin , make a decision and set up payments all within a day . Wonderful service and would dread to think what kind of a situation we would have been in without her.

We use Steph to book all our holidays and have been lucky enough to book a couple of holidays in recent weeks. The whole experience was easy and hassle free as normal.
