Rachel was our travel adviser and was excellent at guiding us through the process. (we are not very knowledgeable). We were uncertain where we wanted to go, so not very easy to please! but she was very patient, knowledgeable and helpful.
We have used Hays before and have full confidence in them.

Exceptional service
The staff went above and beyond to help me sort out cancelling a holiday. (personal/ family reason) . Laura was very kind , considerate and showed great empathy while dealing with this for me. I highly recommend Hays Travel , the staff at this branch are so friendly and extremely helpful
