I was very nervous about booking a holidwy in person, especially as a solo traveller. I was made to feel at ease, and comfortable, the agent was lovely and explained things to me in laymans terms which helped me underststand a lot of the terminology i was unfamiliar with. Thank you to krystin, (apologies if i spelled wrong).

Great staff and loads of options, lovely manners, very accommodating and helpful.
Not 5 stars because the system used kept crashing and when ringing Royal Carrabian and it took 3 and a half hours to find and book my holiday and during that time the price changed 3 times and became more expensive each time the staff had to refresh and search the same holiday which I am very disappointed about.

I can’t remember the name of the lovely lady who sorted my holiday out, but she took her time to look for the holiday I needed thank you

Had to wait a while to be seen.However when seen the staff were helpful and friendly and made the whole booking process quick and simple .

My husband and I came in to your St Helens shop on the 11th April to try and book at flight and hotel in Paris , we where help by such a lovely lady called Kelsey , she was so understanding and very clear and helpful, we managed to sort everything out and she was such a nice person which made our experience very pleasant
