The young lady was very polite
The young lady was very polite, patient and helpful and we were delighted with the hotel that she suggested. As we were unsure of exactly what we wanted it made it a little difficult for her. Sandra Yates

Personally, it was Rhiann, as she was the one who sorted my holiday, from start to finish. She was kind, funny, chatty, she answered all my questions, and she made booking so easy. I honestly couldn't be more happy, she, and the rest of the girls are why I will always book with Hays. Well done 🙂.
