Professionalism and care
Alanis spent time and professional know how on sorting out a complicated holiday package for us. Nothing was too much trouble and we ended up with exactly what we wanted.

We book with Hayes because they are a friendly group. They are always helpful, great at giving advice and getting the best deal.

James at Hays does what it says on the tin. He asks good questions, listens, offers advice and alternatives until he finds exactly what we were looking for and then checks with us before booking a holiday. He is also very patient- an essential quality in a very good sales person. Would highly recommend him.
