Tenerife booking - June
Thanks to James I managed my booking to Tenerife. Alania had set up the initial searches so it was a fine tuning exercise and James managed to squeeze me in before another appointment. I am grateful both to him and the next customer where I intruded on her time too.

Brilliant customer care
Staff are always welcoming, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. James explained processes well and made the whole booking process easy. Our holiday was fantastic, Hays staff had assisted us in organising special assistance which removed all of the stress of travelling. Thank you everyone.
