On this occasion we were served by a new member of staff in training who was assisted by James whenever she needed advice and once again we left delighted with the service provided

an EasyJet city break
We booked an EasyJet city break to Séville.
James ( manager ) tried 7 times to book it online , each time , at final step , easyJet site faulted.
He phoned them and managed to book direct.

The best in the travel agency business.
The assistants are extremely helpful in their advices and always aim to please the customer. I have used Hays travel over several years to arrange my holiday bookings and would not consider an alternative. Well done.
