Personal tailored service; as usual they got it spot on. Stayed in a wonderful hotel in Malta which by far exceeded my expectations. The whole trip was wonderful.

Wonderful staff
Went intoHays and was greeted by Kath with a lovely smile and welcone. Couldn't have been more helpful in booking our holiday. Explaining about flight times and also arranging for assistance for us at the airport. We will always book with Hays. All staff in St Andrews are wonderful.

Helpful and patient staff member. I was looking at 2 options of holiday to Dutch bulb fields for myself and a friend. I had to keep phoning back as was consulting my friend by phone with all the info. The booking was made so easy by the Hays representative.
