Very pleased with the experience
Very pleased with the experience, I’ve booked mor holidays but also I had a complaint about our Japan holiday next year . Titon have changed our flight times & we are loosing a day of our holiday, as the holiday is costing £6000 I’m not very happy . Cerys who booked it is going to contact them , so I am waiting to hear the result .

Emily helped me to secure it.

We took a copy of a cruise we were…
We took a copy of a cruise we were interested in and also asked about travel insurance. The young lady assistant talked us through the cruise and said that they couldn't do the date but could do a week later. This was achieved and we discussed the insurance and that was arranged. We are now looking forward to our holiday and the lady kindly agreed to sort out transport at the airport for my husband to access the correct gate. Very successful all round.

I knew which holiday I was going 2 book,
The customer advisor gave me a number of cabins and prices 2 choose.
She had good understanding of how the insurance company work and was able to shortcut their phone system ( I bought travel insurance at the same time)
