Helpful of helping us to find a cheaper alternative cruise
Stephen was very helpful of helping us to find an alternative cruise of the same ports that is cheaper. He also recommended another Christmas market cruise.

Zoe is amazing at Southampton branch
Went to Southampton branch today with loads of questions, thinking of booking a Cruise. We spoke to Zoe who was amazing, helpful, patient and very knowledgeable. As you can imagine we were back and forth, changing our minds, looking at different ships etc. Zoe was genuinely smiley, and helpful throughout. We left after booking our first cruise, not because of pressure or sales tactics, just amazing customer service and advice. Thank you Zoe.
