I contact as much travel agents as possible for big holiday/cruise I wanted to go on. David managed to beat all the other quotes.

David was very knowledgeable friendly and patient. He spent time explaining our options.

We were in your silverburn office and Laura helped us she went over and beyond to get us our holiday booked she was so lovely

Great experience booking with Hays travel. I usually book my holidays online myself but decided to use Hays travel due to booking with a different tour operator that I had no experience with. I am glad I did as Hays matched the online price which I had looked at and the staff member was very helpful and offered great advice. I stopped using travel agents a number of years ago due to a rubbish experience with one (not Hays travel) I highly recommend Hays and will definitely be booking with them again.

David was so helpful and accommodating. He knew his stuff, nothing was too much trouble.

The staff member David was very knowledgable on cruise holidays. He also spent time listening to what we wanted and worked hard to get all the elements in.

I booked a holiday to Tunisia. We were flying out on the Monday 3/06/2024 I requested an assisted requirement. I did ask Barrie 2 days before flying out for the paper work for the assistance. He told me not to worry just arrive at the airport it would be on tui’s manifest I arrived at the airport nothing had been booked. OCS did not know anything about me. Thank goodness I never booked my wheelchair to be taken with me. OCS had to book me on to their list if not I would have had go down 30 stairs in the building to go on to the aircraft please make sure you have all the paperwork before leaving the travel agent if I knew then what I know now I wouldn’t have booked with hay’s

Barry was very helpful and knew what we’d need in terms of transfers.

Had my holiday booked by David the assistant manager, David found me the perfect city break for my partners birthday, he was very knowledgable and could recommend things for us to do while away ! Also went above and beyond to email the hotel advising it was for a birthday surprise ! Can't thank David enough for all of his help !

We were looking for Caribbean cruise but we wanted to pay a bit more as it is a special holiday
Charlene was very patient with us and spent a lot of time getting the right deal for us Barry had some input too
We did book our cruise with Charlene as the experience showed through

The shop was busy but Nikki saw as come in and promptly greeted us. We had a destination in mind and a hotel we had already looked at on line,Nikki checked the prices with a few different operators to get us the best price with the best flight times. All in all great service so we would return to Hayes again in the future!

We came for currency and spoke to agents regarding holidays to Copenhagen.
Was very helpful and looked for hotels in our budget and central. Kept note of hotels and went back into Hays and booked trip with different adviser also very friendly and helpful so will use again to book in the future.
