Once again Lorna worked her magic and found a wonderful holiday for me and my grandchildren. She always goes the extra mile and finds us the best deal.

Lorna the agent was extremely efficient and friendly. She helped us to choose an hotel close to attractions in Prague for our 3 night stay. She also gave good advice and printed out our documents including boarding passes. Later she also was helpful sorting out our travel monies.
Cannot praise Lorna enough and indeed Hays at Shipley for all their help every time. We will always book with them as a result.

As always great friendly,helpful and knowledgeable service. Great staff are all welcoming and create a good atmosphere to make you feel relaxed and looked after.

I have used Hays Shipley for quite a years now and their service is great and they always match or are less than the price I have found on the internet. In Covid we needed to move a holiday and Lorna spent 2 days trying to get through to tui and change dates which was far better than me having to do it. Shannon has dealt with us on numerous occasions as well and is always friendly and helpful

Myself & my 84 year old father booked a holiday with yourselves last year and due to mobility issues on his part decided that we wished to do a repeat of that holiday as we knew all was accessible. The staff at Shipley are just great Philippa took her time to go through the various options available re length of stay, flight times, board basis and very soon we had what we wanted and got it booked. Everything we needed to know was clearly said to us and all the extra bits re assistance for my dad noted down and dealt with, giving us peace of mind that it will be a great 10 days away in Portugal.
