Our holiday was booked efficiently by Trudy. Any questions we had were answered and reliable advice given where needed.
We have always found the staff at Hays Office in Shildon, to be friendly, very helpful and professional.

I would like to say how friendly, professional, informative and accommodating Trudy Hall was throughout our journey exploring holiday options for cruises. I bombarded Trudy with so many options and questions and she was an absolute star in getting back to me time and time again with speedy responses with the answers and additional information to help us with our decision. It was lovely to meet her face to face when finally booking our cruise to be able to share our gratitude for all her hard work and help, although sad to hear she was leaving to pastures new, I know her new job will have gained a trooper with such a lovely person with a lovely, friendly manner with working with the public. A thank you goes out to Kassandra making the double booking much more easier
