Karen prepared some quotes for us and Simon completed the booking. Both were very friendly and efficient, making the booking experience easy and stress free. I would recommend Hays travel and their helpful staff to anyone.

We were attended to immediately, the sales rep was polite, attentive and very knowledgeable. She took us through the booking process step by step and made sure we were certain that we knew exactly what we wanted . The whole booking was completed in just a few minutes, we were happy with the cost and the itinerary and came out feeling that we had been listened to and cared for. Very pleased.

Ella was extremely helpful and worked hard to get a positive result for me . She advised me that car hire isn’t necessary where I am travelling to which I hadn’t known . Thank you
