Very friendly and hassle free
Very friendly and approachable staff who listen to exactly what you want. I usually book everything independently, but using Hays took all the hassle away and the options I was given were precisely in line with my wishes. There were additional extras built in to the price, such as car hire, which made the options even better.

Actually we booked on a P&O cruise ship but the booking has been passed to Hays Travel Selby. However we have always been happy with the friendly service at the shop.
