Staff are very very friendly and knowledgeable about booking holidays, they listen to what you want and take that on board personalizing it to your requirements.
I never have any issues and will always go to Hays to book my package holiday.

Greek holiday booking
It was the first time we had booked our holiday through a travel agent for many years. The staff at the Sedgefield Branch were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Also, they price matched the quotation on the tour operator's website.
